Every child faces challenges as they grow and develop. Whilst many navigate these successfully, others may struggle with anxiety, low confidence, friendship difficulties, emotional regulation or challenges at school. As a parent, it can be difficult to watch your child struggle and not know how best to help.
I support children and young people, adapting my approach to ensure sessions remain engaging, relevant and appropriate for each individual.
Coaching provides a safe, supportive and encouraging space where children and young people can better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies and build the confidence and resilience needed to thrive.
My role is to help young people recognise their strengths, overcome obstacles and realise that they are capable of far more than they often believe.

Whilst every child is unique, some of the areas I commonly help children and young people with include:
· Anxiety and worries
· Low confidence and self-esteem
· Friendship difficulties
· Social anxiety
· Separation anxiety
· School-related challenges
· EBSNA (Emotionally Based School Non Attendance)
· Managing anger and frustration
· Mindset – overcoming negative thinking patterns
· Building resilience

Through engaging, tailored sessions, I use fun activities, practical tools and coaching techniques to help young people develop self-awareness, emotional understanding and confidence.
By focusing on strengths and solutions rather than problems, children and young people build skills that will support them throughout childhood and beyond.
Parents are an important part of the journey and, where appropriate, I work closely with families to ensure children feel supported every step of the way.

Coaching may be beneficial if your child:
· Worries frequently or struggles with anxiety
· Lacks confidence in themselves or their abilities
· Finds friendships difficult
· Becomes easily overwhelmed by emotions
· Struggles to cope with setbacks or challenges
· Avoids situations that make them feel uncomfortable
· Has difficulty managing anger or frustration
· Appears unhappy, withdrawn or lacking motivation
Every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
If you would like to explore how coaching could support your child, I'd love to hear from you. Together, we can discuss your child's needs, explore the challenges they are facing and identify the most appropriate next steps.
